Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, pitch our products/services, and negotiate contracts. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our customer base and achieving business targets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential business opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and networking.
  • Prospect and generate leads to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotes, and contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementation of new clients.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and revenue growth using CRM software.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, lead generation, and business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using Zoho CRM software, Email Marketing and Google Assets.
