Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to extract valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, develop data models, and create visualizations and reports that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Perform data analysis using statistical techniques and data mining methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Interpret data and present findings in clear and concise reports, charts, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and develop data collection and analysis plans.
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data processing pipelines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations based on data insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 months of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Excel).
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and experience applying statistical techniques.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create impactful reports and visualizations.
• Experience with AWS, Amplitude and other similar systems
• Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation.
• Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling is a plus.
